Realty Management & Maintenance, owned and exclusively operated by ANN MARIE FAHRINGER and ELIZABETH ASHDALE-LAMENT, is a third-party realty management entity located in Lafayette Hill, PA.
RMM is a “boutique” style company that provides hands-on, professional management, maintenance and janitorial to select townhouse and home owner communities. With combined experience of forty-five years in residential property management, RMM provides an unequaled knowledge of professional property operations, accounts administration, appropriate fiscal reporting and thorough communication with homeowners and board council.
Ann Marie Fahringer and Elizabeth Ashdale-LaMent created Realty Management & Maintenance, a partnership, in order to provide communities with hands-on management services. Associations benefit due to both Ann Marie and Elizabeth providing the day-to-day property management services to our communities.
As owners, we are the team that meets with Board Council, performs property inspections, negotiates and oversees vendor contracts, and communicates with Home Owners.
Ann Marie’s background includes the ownership and operations of a complete maintenance and janitorial provider to residential communities and commercial properties. She has worked closely and effectively with Board Councils to explore and resolve issues, including securing sub-contractors and negotiating favorable bids while maintaining quality workmanship.
Elizabeth has been involved in the property management arena since 1985. As an operations and general manager, both on a property and regional level, she has experience in both high-rise and townhouse style operations. Elizabeth’s experience includes working with developers and builders in bringing new construction projects operational. She has vast experience administering all property operations, procedure definition and implementation, implementing resident services, negotiating vendor contracts, fiscal preparation and reporting, preparing annual budgets as well as 5/10 year business plans.
Ann Marie and Elizabeth have joined forces to utilize their extensive experience and passion for quality property management to provide communities with top quality, hands-on management, maintenance and janitorial services.
